We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information but we are human and sometimes errors can occur.

If a mistake is made, we reserve the right to correct it and we apologise for any inconvenience it may cause. We reserve the right to correct the price at any time prior to delivery where there has been a typographical or other error in the price. We will notify you of the corrected price. You may choose to pay the corrected price, however if you do not choose to pay the corrected price, then we reserve the right to cancel your order without further obligation to you (other than to issue an appropriate refund or credit to your account, as may be applicable).

Our policy is to match the price on hoskings.com.au to the price you will find in our stores. If you find a discrepancy please contact us.

Clearance stock and promotional items may be displayed to reflect an additional saving and the original price may not have resulted in actual sales.

All prices listed on this site are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Product Availability & Discontinuance

Quantity of products available is limited. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to make available any or all products. If there is any revision or cessation, we will contact you and will discuss what (if any) alternative products are available. You will have the option to cancel or amend your order. If you have already made payment and your order is cancelled, we will issue an appropriate refund or credit to your account, as may be applicable. If your order is amended and purchase price changes, you will pay any additional amount due in accordance with the payment terms herein stated or we will issue an appropriate refund or credit to your account, as the case may require.

Fair Go Policy

Sales and services provided are subject to our “Fair Go” policy.

We reserve the right to decline sales or service at any point within the transaction should we feel the transactions has not been given a “Fair Go”. The definition of “Fair Go” is solely at our discretion and is not limited to but would include abusive, disruptive or malicious orders and returns.
